Search Methodology

Each search is tailored and fine-tuned according to your particular needs. The following steps outline a simplified search process we conduct on your behalf:

1. Defining the Scope
We work with you to gain a thorough understanding of your business and the requirements of the position. A job description is then created and a search strategy initiated.

2. Candidate Identification
Using specially designed resource and research tools, we develop a target list of prospective candidates. This process includes the latest technology recruitment resources as well as our extensive network of contacts.

3. Candidate Screening
This is a thorough process so crucial to a successful search. Typically comprising the bulk of the time spent on a search, the utmost care is taken to find the best possible candidates that match the job position.

4. Interviews
Our long list is narrowed down to those more qualified for the role and we then conduct interviews with each potential candidate. A short list of the best and most suitable candidates is presented to our client and final interviews scheduled.

5. The Offer
We act as intermediary throughout the search and most importantly, at the time an offer is presented. Upon selection of a finalist candidate, references are conducted, an offer is presented, and a successful hire chosen. Congratulations!
